I'm getting ready for the KFVS 12 Fun Run. It's the first year I've been able to run the 5K course. I ran 6.2 miles a few weeks ago and another 6 today so there is no trouble making the course. I checked last year's results and all the 55-59 year old runners are faster than me. Why am I not surprised.
We have an Easter egg hunt at the church this evening. It's for kids and adults. This should be a lot of fun and beats sitting at home and watching it rain.
I always have to remind myself that it doesn't matter how fast I finish compared to others as long as I do my best.
